I really liked the way everything was arranged and the companies we visited. I was impressed with the approach to people there, which we do not have. In December 2014, FastForward gave me the opportunity to visit the United States, and specifically their innovative business leaders, companies such as Facebook, Google, PayPal, Zappos, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and others. It was an HR tour, where during our visits, meetings and talks with company representatives we discussed the main theme of the tour, which was how to motivate people, how to make a company progressive, how to make work pleasant for your employees. For me, this trip played the key part in the development of my business.
