Lyubov is the Product Manager of the Airbnb government regulatory team around the world. She leads and strategizes a product that is responsible for making Airbnb legally in global markets. In her work, Lyubov works closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Policy, and Legal departments.

Lyubov Yudasina is a cultural interviewer for the company, with responsibility for ensuring that Airbnb hires people who are aligned with the company's values. Prior to that, Lyubov worked as a Software Engineer at Airbnb for teams such as the Host Tool and Fraud, developing the Host product on the platform and keeping Airbnb's systems safe from fraud.

She is also the co-founder of Risk Salon, an international organization that discusses technology fraud and knowledge sharing among top tech companies. Lyubov studied chemical engineering at Canada's top engineering university, the University of Waterloo.
