This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information about the User that FastForward, the website located at visits@fforward.biz, can obtain while the User is using the website, programs and products of FastForward.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information on the personal data required to use the FastForward Website.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information on personal data if the said information changes.
6.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure confidentiality ofthe information provided, refrain from disclosing the information without the User’s prior written consent, and refrain from selling, exchanging, publishing or disclosing the personal data provided by the User in any other way, except for the instances specified in subparagraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure customarily used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User immediately upon request or demand of the User or their legal representative or an authorized body to protect the rights of subjects of personal datafor the period of verificationin case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITYOF THE PARTIES
7.1. Should the Website Administration fail to fulfil its obligations, it shall be held liable for the losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the law, except as otherwise provided for in subparagraphs 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be held liable if this confidential information:
7.2.1 became public before it was lost or disclosed;
7.2.2 was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration;
7.2.3 was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the FastForwardWebsite and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of a dispute).
8.2. The Recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of their consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Recipient’s country.
8.4. The current legislation of the Recipient’s country is applicable to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the FastForward Website, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
